After an investment of over €720,000, the re-opening of Doohamlet Community Centre in 2020 will be a historic moment for Doohamlet, setting the seed for many wonderful things to come, and we want to mark the occasion.
We’re inviting you to show your support and be written into history by Writing on our Wall. Your message will be included in a piece of wall art, which will be hung in the entrance area for years to come and will be available for everyone using the centre to see.
- Your message can be as simple as your name and townland.
- Or you could think about including a personal message….
- Name the members of your family.
- Dedicate a message to an elderly or deceased relative.
- Provide a blessing for the building or the community.
- Mention a memory of the old community centre or of Doohamlet.
- Advertise your business.
